  • How long does it take to get a merchandise shipped?
    Some of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Therefore, shipping speed may vary depending on the merchandise you purchase.
  • What is the story behind your store?
    Our store was inspired by Danny, a young boy who is an author, image, and content creator. He wanted to spread his passion with others and also promote awareness of neurodiversity. There are so many special people around the world, and Danny’s hope is to celebrate diversity through the products he or other kiddos create or design.
  • Can I return or exchange merchandise purchased from your store?
    All products are made to order; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
  • Where is your merchandise shipped from?
    It varies by product, and items can be shipped from the United States, China, or other regions.
  • Does Danny create all the content?
    Most of the images we use in our store (like T-shirts, mugs, etc.) are designed by Danny. Sensory items and some books are collections that Danny personally selected to add to his store. He is involved in all decisions related to Dellis. While the store currently features Danny’s creations, as our platform grows, we are excited to begin showcasing the creative work of other kids as well—celebrating young voices and talents from around the communities and the world.
  • How long shipping takes?
    Shipping speed varies by product. Most of the products on our site are custom-made per order and may take 7-15 days from your order to be received.
  • If I buy multiple items, will I receive them as one shippment?
    We are working with multiple suppliers. Depending on the item you purchase from our store, you may receive more than one shipment.

  • Is there a shipping cost?
    In the United States, the shipping cost is included in the price you pay. For international orders, shipping will be added when you check out..
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
